This aggregated information is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
We may use PayPal or another third party payment provider or credit card processing company to bill users for services and deliverables. If you use these payment options, you will be providing certain personal information to the applicable third party payment provider. See “Service Request” above. We strongly suggest that if you choose to use PayPal or another third party payment option, you review the privacy policies of such party. Genii is not responsible for any actions such parties may take with respect to such information.

Security
When placing orders, be aware that the information is NOT transferred over a secure server. Please do not include information if you are not comfortable with this. Payment information may be sent separately, called in by phone or sent by fax. Personal information is removed from the non-secure server on a regular basis, but is not protected by encryption. It is protected by Domino's reader name fields and other Domino security, once it is on our system. As effective as Domino securiy technology is, however, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information which you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.

Support Forum
Our support forum requests a user name, but this is not used for any purpose except to aid in our support of that person. This information will not be used for marketing purposes, even if it does reveal the actual person posting.

We send all new customers a welcoming email to verify username and password. Established customers will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Email addresses obtained from users are used to notify customers about updates to the site and to send special offers we think will be of interest to you. Genii does not share these email addresses or any other identifying information that you provide with third parties. Information About Children
Genii does not intend to collect, nor do we knowingly collect, any information from or about children. It is possible that a child impersonating an adult may provide the child’s name, address, phone number, email address and social security number in an attempt to register as a customer and/or to purchase services. If Genii determines that a user is a child, we will use such information only to reject the child’s attempted registration or purchase, and we will immediately delete such information after we send the response to the child. We cannot always determine if a visitor to our web site or the sender of an e-mail is a child.
